Evoke designer yarn & fabric accepts bank deposit, money order, paypal and credit card (visa and mastercard).
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight. Parcels within Australia are sent by Australia Post. You have the option of regular, registered or express postage at checkout. We recommend that you register your parcel as we take no responsibility for damaged or lost parcels.
Please allow 2 working days for your parcel to be processed and packaged. We do our best to send parcels as quickly as possible.
Shipping within Australia can take anywhere from 2 -10 working days, depending on the destination.
Overseas orders are sent with airmail and take approximately 10days to arrive.
Layby is definitely possible at evoke designer yarn & fabric, both instore and online. When placing your order online, please type layby in the comments box at checkout and select direct deposit as your payment method. If you wish to make payments by paypal or other means let us know at checkout or contact us by phone or email.
Layby conditions are 20% deposit made within 4 days of purchase, please make regular payments and finalise your layby within 8 weeks.

Gift Vouchers are available in $25, $50, and $100 and $150 amounts. Please allow 2 working days after purchase for your individual code/s to be entered into the online system before redemption. Gift vouchers may be redeemed instore or online, and are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Items may be returned in perfect condition, with proof of purchase. If you wish to return your items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must contact us before returning your items to discuss your concerns and the terms for return.
We do not accept returns for paper goods (patterns, cards or books) or needles, hooks and their accessories. Please contact us if your needles or hooks are damaged. We do not take responsibility for damage during shipping (we take great care to package carefully) but if the item has a manufacturers fault we will replace the item if notified within 7 days of purchase.
