Last Saturday the amazing Michele of Emubeads graced evoke with her presence and her beads for a revamp gathering. A revamp gathering is essentially a jewelery workshop – you bring your old or broken jewelery and create something new using pieces from your collection and adding some of Michelle’s beads if/as you wish.
I was literally a-goo-goo when Michelle walked in a placed a santa-like sack on the table and unfolded it to reveal hundreds of her stunning hand made glass beads. Before long the table was awash with beads, and there were boxes of beads at every elbow.
I went a little nuts taking photos for a while and we all joked about how we would love to just dive into the pile of beads 
So many colours and shapes! And the more you looked, the more you found….
After I had finished making my necklace (which I have forgotten to photograph!!) I decided this baby was coming home with me. I’m not a pink kinda girl but this bead makes me dream of cherry blossoms I have plans for this bead….
